(TSXV:KHV.P) (“Klinik” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) for its previously announced Qualifying Transaction (as defined under Exchange Policy 2.4) (the “Transaction”) with 2576560 Ontario Inc. doing business as NeuPath Health (“NeuPath”).The Transaction is expected to close on or around June 25, 2020.
